Intellectual Property and Trade Mark InterestsThe intellectual property and trade mark interests of the products distributed by WFF 'N PROOF Learning Games Associates are controlled by Autotelic Instructional Materials Corporation. The uses of these products are made available to individuals and organizations on the following basis. (1) For educational or entertainment uses where no revenue is derived in connection with such usage in any respect, these products may be freely used by all individuals and organizations. (2) Where revenue is derived in any respect in connection with the use of these products, permission must be requested from and granted in writing by the Intellectual Property Officer of Autotelic Instructional Materials Corporation (IPO-AIM) in advance of such usage. Furthermore, with respect to any revenue-deriving usage of these products, any changes that are employed in such usage from the latest official version of the rules that define each of these games must be approved in advance in writing by the IPO-AIM. Official rules defining each game are available in the rule book that accompanies each game kit and, in some cases, another version is available on the Internet. Whichever version is most recent is the version for which approval in advance is needed for any deviation from the official rules in usage in activities where revenue is derived in connection with the activities. Individuals and persons authorized to participate in making decisions for organizations are hereby put on notice that the IPO-AIM is charged with enforcing these reasonable regulations with respect to all such individuals and persons.
